• Exterior or Corner Location: Premium Suites are located on the exterior walls or in corner spots of the building, providing your business with added visibility and a more spacious environment. These suites are perfect for professionals who want to attract clients with a well-placed location.
• Installed Plumbing and/or Natural Light (Window): Many Premium Suites come with installed plumbing and natural light from windows. The addition of natural light makes these suites especially appealing for businesses that benefit from an airy, inviting atmosphere, such as estheticians, massage therapists, or podcasters.
• Larger or Varied Square Footage: Depending on the suite, the Premium Suites offer larger square footage, allowing for a more expansive workspace or additional room for equipment, furnishings, or clients.
